The purpose of exercise as a physical activity is to keep one fit as well as healthy. As your way of carrying out exercise determines your body's fitness and shape in body structure and health....
Most of this exercise needs the relaxation of the mind and the body to keep on with a succesful step in the progression of the pattern/type of exercise...As exercise can be carried out as in various sportings:. weight~lifting, soccer,tennis, races, walking and yoga with so many others...as a stunt felløw would not be adviced on going for a hard type/some kind of weight~lifting, same applicable for everyone, if not for exemptions...
A decline in your exertion of exercise which could have been a routine might lead to the development of obsession as some changes develops on your physique...
